Supper Club 3

A Chun Bing Lunch

2 hours · RMB 499

You might know ‘spring rolls’ (or chun bing) as a Chinese takeout favourite, deep-fried and served as a starter. But the inspiration came from Beijing’s steamed and paper-thin wheat pancakes, peeled one by one, stuffed at the table with whatever you like - braised meats, veggies, sharp pickles and stir-fries.

Put the chopsticks down and get stuck in with hands. This is casual, Beijing-style eating at its most fun.

Dishes may include:

  • Pot-cooked pork & soy-pickled radish

  • Stir-fried pork with scallions

  • Seasonal stir-fried vegetables

  • Shredded green beans with garlic

  • Egg with ‘grandma’s pickles’

  • Shredded tofu with sesame dressing

Served with unlimited chun bing pancakes and all the sides for wrapping, folding and sharing.
